We have employed a professional nutritionist from France to design our delicious and energy-packed meal plans.
Our mountain chefs use only fresh, local ingredients and offer our customers a range of classic, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menus to choose from.

Medical Check-Ups Twice Per Day
The mountain guides carry out two medical examinations per day on the clients and crew members. This is done to ensure that the acclimatization process is proceeding as planned and to adapt the climbing plan accordingly if necessary.
Detailed Health Records
Before the start of each trip, the client completes a digital medical form to determine their general physical condition. During medical examinations on the adventure, all medical information is carefully recorded and kept strictly confidential.
Oxygen Cylinders And Oximeters
Although rarely used on our climbs, all of our guides carry oxygen cylinders and oximeters to help clients acclimatize if necessary and to alleviate attacks of altitude sickness in the event of an evacuation.
GPS-Tracking Service
All our expeditions are equipped with GPS trackers so we can follow the progress of our groups and know exactly where the climbers are. Your clients can share the link with their family and friends.
WFR-Certified Guides
Our company's lead guides are highly qualified, hold Wilderness First Responder certification and have over 7 years of experience, with in-depth knowledge of appropriate emergency response and sophisticated wilderness medicine skills.
Well-Stocked Medical Kits
Our mountain pharmacies contain everything you could possibly need on a Kilimanjaro expedition. A trained paramedic ensures that the medications in the kits are up to date and regularly replenished.

New Safari Cars
Maus Safari only uses new Land Cruisers (built between 2016 and 2022) for our safari adventures.
Each is equipped with a refrigerator for soft drinks, WiFi and power outlets. The convertible pop-up roof offers a 360-degree panoramic view and protects against the elements.
